We ship garments off a few days prior to your booking date so that you receive them the day before your event at the latest. Our postal cut off is every Wednesday by 2pm. If you are in need of a last minute rental, get in contact with us by email and we will do our best to cater to you.

If you book in for a date and our postal cut off has closed, we will get in contact with you. It is up to you on how you would like your rental to be collected, although we have no control over postal services and will not offer refunds if the garment does not reach you in time.

If you have chosen to pick up, we will contact you with all pick up details as well as when your rental is ready to be picked up. You will then be able to collect anytime from then, please get in contact with us if you have any trouble.
